Yes. Developer Mode is an official Apple feature from iOS 16. It only lets your device run apps from outside the App Store and does not weaken device security or void your warranty.
Enterprise-signed apps are tied to a certificate lifetime (often about one year). We renew certificates proactively and notify you before they expire. If a build does expire, reinstalling is enough—your data stays on the device.
Yes—very safe. MultiSpace runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data, messages, photos, or app content. Every clone runs in its own isolated sandbox.

1. "Install button does nothing"

The install link only works in Safari. Follow the steps below:

  • Copy the website URL
  • Open Safari on your iOS device
  • Paste the URL and navigate to the install section
  • Tap the Install button again

2. "Untrusted Developer"

You need to manually trust the developer certificate. Follow the steps below:

  • Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management
  • Find the developer certificate (enterprise profile)
  • Tap on it and select "Trust"
  • Return to the home screen and open MultiSpace

3. "Developer Mode not enabled"

Developer Mode must be enabled on iOS 16+ devices. Follow the steps below:

  • Go to Settings → Privacy & Security
  • Scroll down, find Developer Mode, and turn it ON
  • Your device will prompt you to restart — confirm and restart
  • After restart, confirm enabling Developer Mode

4. "App expires or cannot open"

The enterprise certificate may have expired. Contact support for a new install link.

  • Delete the expired app from your device
  • Contact our support team via live chat below
  • We will provide a new install link
  • Reinstall following the installation guide — your data is safe
